Cabin Amenities

All of our romantic mountain log cabins are designed for adults and have the same layout and amenities.

• Ukiyo cabin has a 4 foot tall fenced in field for dogs to stretch their legs and get out their zoomies. The field is a hill so it’s probably not suitable for humans to play on.   
• *WiFi will be installed by end of *May 2024!
• Each cabin has a HOT TUB, Covered Porch, Bistro Table and Chairs, gas Weber Grille BBQ, outdoor gas Fire Table, and a variety of outdoor seating. 
• Our intimate cabins feature a King-Sized Bed, gas Fireplace, Ceiling Fans, Futon Sofa, and a Library.   
• Please Note : The living room Futon is locked unless guests are two (2) adventurers who would like to sleep separately. Our occupancy is two (2) persons maximum and is strictly enforced. If you are two travelers wanting to sleep separate, please Contact Us prior to your arrival. Our cabin manager who resides on-site will be happy to come and unlock the futon and provide the additional linens required.   
• Each cabin has a Spa-like Bathroom with separate toilet room, walk-in stone shower with side-by-side dual shower heads, body massage jets and rain shower, full length mirror, lighted make-up mirror and hair dryer. We also provide an iron, ironing board, and a stacked Washer/Dryer for guest use. 
• We provide linens, luxurious Robes, towels, a dog towel, toilet paper, shower soap, shampoo and conditioner, dish soap, paper towels, and laundry detergent. We also provide an extra blanket and pillows. 
• Our cabin Kitchens are Fully Stocked with pots, pans, bowls, bakeware, colander, dishes, utensils, chop sticks, knives, cutting boards, BBQ utensils, blender, manual juice press, kettle, coffee bean grinder, microwave, stove, fridge/freezer with automatic ice, and toaster. 
• Dual Keurig/Drip Coffee Machine, Italian Espresso Stovetop Maker, French Press and manual Milk Frother (we love coffee!). We provide a variety of coffee k-cup pods, a variety of tea bags, sugar, artificial sweetener and honey. If you prefer drip coffee, please bring your coffee with you. For those that prefer freshly ground coffee, we supply a coffee bean grinder. 
• We provide dish soap, paper towels, cooking oil and spices! Spices include Italian Seasoning, Old Bay, Cinnamon, Garlic Powder, Salt, and Black Pepper. 
• For Adult Beverages we provide a corkscrew, shaker, wine, champagne, on-the-rocks, beer, Moscow Mule and shot glasses.   
• Bring your own: food, ground or bean coffee, plastic wrap, foil, baggies or leftover containers.  Or use our Grocery Shop and Stock service and have all of your groceries stocked for you when you arrive. 
• For entertainment each cabin has a Flatscreen HDTV in the living room and bedroom, Wireless Bluetooth Speakers in the living room and bedroom, a cabin Library with books to enjoy during your stay as well as a fiction book exchange section, a variety of board games, playing cards and Yoga Mats. 
• A printed version of our Concierge Book and Travel Guide full of restaurant menus, outdoor activities, maps, area information, and more is in each cabin. 
• Our Pet amenities include a Dog Crate (no bed), Pooch bin with toys, Bowls for food and water, Muddy Paws Washing Bin, Pet Drying Towel, Doggy Gate on each porch. → We provide a pet drying towel to dry off your dog’s paws or body after a rain or bathing. Please do not use human towels! If your doggy towel is too soiled for continued use, please call or text us and we’ll bring a replacement. 
• All of our cabins have their own small storage shed for guest's to store their bike and gear.
• We have a bike washing station  for guest use in the common area. 

Bike Washing Station 

Our rustic bike washing station offers guests non-abrasive soap, brushes, air pump, and tools to clean and make quick repairs on their bike. When should you wash your bike? The easiest answer is BEFORE and after a ride. The most important reason to wash your mountain bike is invasive species. From kudzu to buckthorn, invasive species can choke out native plants and lower the biodiversity of our natural area. Invasive species propagate through the spreading of seeds. Removing seeds by spraying down your bike before and after your ride, especially the lower half, can often whisk away stragglers. We thank you for helping us keep invasive species away from Meraki Escape’s grounds.
