Waterfall Dining Experience

Indulge in a multisensory adventure that transcends the ordinary dining experience with our gourmet culinary event set in an enchanting outdoor location. Surrounded by the serene beauty of nature, let the soothing sounds of the forest and babbling creeks create a symphony that complements your exquisite meal. 

This experience is offered at our Forestsong Waterfall for a 12:00pm lunch or picnic service or a 6:00pm dinner service. 

In addition to the Private Chef Dining Fee per person, A $50 service fee is added to all dining experiences at our Forestsong Waterfall.

Personal Chef - Romantic Breakfast

Awaken to the quiet magic of morning as your private chef prepares a beautiful breakfast just for the two of you. A sumptuous board of sweet and savory indulgences —golden Belgian waffles, crisp bacon, soft cheeses, seasonal fruit, and delicate touches... arrives like a love letter to the senses. This experience is an extension of our exclusive chef service, thoughtfully designed to pamper you and your partner from sunrise.

Sip mimosas or freshly pressed juices as the mountains breathe awake outside your window. Enjoy each bite slowly together, whether at your dining table or al fresco in the soft morning light. Forage to Plate Dining Experience 

Engaging Educational Experience with Edible Herbs of Appalachia! Join us for a hike around Meraki Escape that culminates in a unique “Wild” dining experience by the Forestsong waterfall. This educational adventure will cover foraging tips, Leave No Trace principles, and a hands-on cooking class. We will wrap up our experience with a “Wild” meal for a unique dining experience.

This experience is offered by Food For Adventures.  -$250/Person(2.5 Hour experience; 1.5 hour education/ 1 hour dining). 

"Wild" Cocktail Class

Engaging and Practical Experience with Edible Herbs of Appalachia. Join us for an interactive session where we will forage on Meraki Escape's property for local herbs to craft unique wild cocktail recipes. This hands-on class promises a lot of fun as participants get “behind the bar” to create their own drinks. I envision hosting this class near the waterfall, utilizing my mobile backcountry bar along with my cocktail sets for guests. Alcohol will be included in the service.

This experience is offered by Food For Adventures.   Starting at $150/Person (2 Hour experience; 1 Hour educational hike & foraging/ 1hour hands on cocktail class).

MERAKI ESCAPE'S DINING EXPERIENCE POLICIES

Pricing & Fees:  Prices do not include tax, gratuity, or the 16% Dining Experience Contribution. This contribution supports our on-site culinary operations, chef coordination, and the upkeep of the spaces used for private dining. It is not a gratuity. Gratuity is not included but always appreciated.

Booking & Scheduling: All dining experiences are offered privately - in your cabin or at Forestsong Waterfall. Availability is strictly limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis; we encourage you to book early to secure your chef and preferred times.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your private dining experience, and a non-refundable $250 Chef Reservation Fee applies to all bookings to hold your chef’s date and begin preparations. Dining Experiences are paid in full seven (7) days prior to arrival along with your cabin balance. If you cancel your dining experience at any time, any eligible refund will be issued minus the non-refundable $250 Chef Reservation Fee and the 3% credit-card processing fee from the original transaction. This policy ensures fair compensation for your chef, covers the costs associated with planning and preparation, and maintains the quality of the private dining experiences offered at Meraki Escape.
