Our Instructors
Dana Purdue
I love what I do and truly am inspired to help people feel better! Whether there is chronic pain, or you are just wanting to relax and unwind. For over 19 years I have been licensed as a massage therapist. I started my practice in Florida before moving to the beautiful mountains five years ago. Over the years of practice I have gained a wide variety of modalities. I often blend these together into a customized session to suit the clients needs. I specialize in therapeutic, deep tissue and neuromuscular massage therapy, however I also easily tune into what your body needs to allow you to experience a letting go and deep relaxation of your mind and muscles.
Kyla Parry
I was born and raised in WNC and went to massage school in 2016; I can’t think of a career I would love more!
Over my eight plus years of massage experience I have worked in mostly resort spas and it has been a joy of mine to bring what I have learned to my own practice.
My style can be described as a slower relaxing flow with customized pressure to address any deeper issues.

Mary has continued with a variety of training over the years which include: hatha and yin yoga certifications, senior yoga, and more recently, Yoga for Healthy Aging with yoga teacher and therapist, Baxter Bell, MD. She continues her education each year expanding her knowledge of the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of yoga.
