A personalized yoga session tailored to your bodies and needs—whether you’re beginners or advanced practitioners—unfolds beside our tranquil Forestsong waterfall or in the cozy comfort of your cabin. Guided with intention and mindful attention, each private practice reflects your preferred vibe: calm and relaxing with gentle movement and mindfulness, upbeat and energizing with a strength-focused flow, or a balanced blend of both. Wherever you choose to practice, the experience supports balance, renewal, and a deeper sense of ease within yourself.
Private Mat Pilates
A mindful movement practice to strengthen, restore, and realign your body. Through controlled, fluid exercises, you’ll improve flexibility, posture, and core stability while deepening your mind-body connection.

Guided Trail Running
A private trail run with a certified running coach. Whether you’re beginners or experienced runners, your coach will guide pacing, form, breath, and mindset as you explore our beautiful wooded trails. A vibrant, energizing way to feel strong and connected to nature.
Intro Trail Run (1-1.5 hrs / 4–6 miles). A beginner-friendly run focused on movement awareness, breath, and connection to nature. $95 private | $120 for two Book Now
Guided Trail Experience (1.5-2 hrs / 6–8 miles). A deeper adventure for intermediate runners, including energy-based warm-up, pacing support, and reflective cool-down. $170 private | $220 for two Book Now
Premium Mind-Body Experience (Half-day / 10–15 miles). A full-immersion trail experience combining intuitive check-ins, guided running, and a short post-run stretch or energy reset. $300 private | $360 for two Book Now
