Day 1 — Arrival & Grounding
Welcome With Intention: Arrive to your private cabin with romantic touches waiting for you: a bottle of Biltmore Estate wine, artisan chocolates, signature keepsake glasses, and two dozen red roses.
Settle Into Seclusion: Unpack, exhale, and let the world fall away. Soak in the hot tub, light the fire, and enjoy an unhurried evening together—no schedule, nowhere to be.
Day 2 — Create & Reconnect
Morning Ease: Wake naturally and enjoy a slow, romantic private chef breakfast for two, prepared in the comfort of your cabin.
Copper Sun Catcher Couples Workshop: Handcraft a luminous copper sun catcher together—a meaningful keepsake that captures light, intention, and the shared energy of your retreat.
Afternoon at Leisure: Explore the forest trails, rest, reconnect, or simply enjoy being together with no agenda.
Evening Out, On Us: Head into town for a romantic dinner using your $50 local dining gift card, curated from our favorite Brevard restaurants.

Yes—your retreat is designed around privacy. Experiences happen in-cabin or at our Forestsong Waterfall with a schedule built just for you.
Is the private chef included for every meal?
This retreat includes one (1) romantic in-cabin breakfast for two with your private chef. Additional chef meals may be added if you’d like to expand the experience.
What is the Copper Sun Catcher Workshop like?
It’s a guided, step-by-step creative session for two. You’ll shape copper wire and design your piece with crystals and beads—no experience needed.
How does the $50 dining gift card work?
We'll connect with you before your stay to recommend restaurants and make reservations for you. Your gift card will be waiting in-cabin for your arrival.
Can we customize the retreat?

MERAKI ESCAPE'S SPA AND WELLNESS POLICIES
Pricing & Fees: Prices do not include tax or the 16% Wellness Experience Contribution. This contribution supports the care of our wellness spaces, property stewardship, and the continued development of our private spa and wellness offerings. Gratuity is not required and is already thoughtfully included in our pricing, allowing you to relax fully without additional expectations. Menu offerings and pricing are subject to change without notice.
Booking & Scheduling: All spa and wellness sessions are offered privately - in your cabin or at Forestsong Waterfall. Availability is strictly limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis; we encourage you to book early to secure your preferred times. During summer, sessions are typically held at the waterfall for an enhanced natural experience. In case of inclement weather, your session will be moved in-cabin for a cozy, uninterrupted experience.
Late Arrivals: To honor the schedule of our practitioners and other guests, late arrivals may result in a shortened session. The full service fee applies regardless of session length.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Spa and wellness services are paid in full seven (7) days prior to arrival along with your cabin balance. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled service will receive a full refund minus the non-refundable 3% credit card processing fee and a $25 administrative fee. Because your practitioner reserves this time exclusively for you, any cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. We are happy to attempt rescheduling within your stay if availability allows, but refunds cannot be issued inside the 48-hour window. This policy ensures fair compensation for our practitioners and maintains the integrity of the private, personalized experience offered at Meraki Escape.
